Refunds and Returns

We at Joybells check every item prior to shipping, to ensure your satisfaction with the quality of our product. We do not want to have disappointment in what should be the pleasurable experience of receiving your parcel. We aim for a satisfaction guaranteed service.

All returns must have a return authorisation (RA) number prior to return. We will issue your RA number swiftly via email. Your RA number will also contain instructions and the return address which needs to be followed, so a speedy resolution can occur. All faulty items must be returned within seven days of the RA being issued. For international customers the items must be posted back with five days of the RA being issued. We will not hesitate to refund goods that have left us faulty. We will notify you via email once we have received the goods and processed the refund.

Replacement items will be sent once the faulty item has been returned with its RA number. Items returned without a RA number will not be replaced. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed and the replacement items have been dispatched.

If the goods were damaged in transit then it is a matter for the delivery folk. Please inform us of any damage so we can support the claim verifying our records that the item was checked and in perfect condition when it left our warehouse.

If you simply changed your mind or are not happy with the product we are also happy to issue you with a credit voucher. Simply, apply for a RA number and return the product within seven days. All exchanged items must be in perfect condition with original undamaged packaging. Plush must have no strains, tags removed or unpleasant odours such as cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a credit voucher if the product is not received in the original packaging, undamaged and unused.
